Third Place Winner for Theme: Robots

February 5th, 2010 by MarkMonlux

The Theme at the last CLAW’s Open Swim meeting was: Robots. The drawing of Robots was fast and furious. Especially for James Stowe who produced ten images (a series). The voting was just as entertaining. Each attendee was give three so they could cast for their favorites. The sketches produced at the open swim will be posted here through the month, starting with the winners. There were two Third Place Winners, Kevin Freitas and James Stowe. Proving once again that quantity, speed, and professionalism is just as good as what Kevin drew.

The CLAW plans on auctioning off the artwork generously donated by all the participants to send the funds to Haiti. If you have suggestions on how to conduct such an auction, we would be glad to hear it.

I, Claw-bot No. 5, whirl my circular saw blades at 500 rpm in gratitude for Stowe’s faithful portrayals.
