The CLAW has voted to appropriate an annual accumulating $10 fund to be awarded as BOUNTY to the CLAW Member who sponsors world famous recluse and Seattle cartoonist GARY LARSON to attend a future End of the Year CLAW CEREMONIAL DINNER.
